From Stripe we receive only limited card details, such as card brand, last 4 digits and expiry date. To comply with the law, Stripe may ask for additional data, such as a tax ID or billing address.

d) Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access. This data passes through Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the app.

e) Messages: anything you send us by email.

f) Pain and mobility data (health data): what you record about pain, discomfort and mobility to get practice adjustments. Today this data is stored only on your device (in your browser's local storage, "localStorage"). It is not sent to us or to anyone else.

If this changes. If we ever want to store this data on a server (for example, to sync between devices), we will tell you first, explain how it will work, and ask for new consent. Without that new consent, nothing changes.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not run ads.

We share data only with companies that help us run the app:

We may also share data when the law or an authority requires it, or to defend our rights.

Pain and mobility data is not shared with anyone, because it never leaves your device.

6. International transfers

Stripe, Cloudflare and [PROVEDOR DE E-MAIL] may process data outside Brazil and outside the EU, for example in the United States. In these cases, the transfer relies on the mechanisms in article 33 of the LGPD, such as contractual clauses, and, for EU users, on GDPR mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions. You can ask for more information at [E-MAIL DE CONTATO].

9. Security

No system is 100% secure. If a security incident could create significant risk or harm to you, we will notify you and the ANPD (and, where applicable, the competent EU authority), as required by law.

Your device matters too. Because pain and mobility records are stored on your device, anyone using the same device and browser can see them. Use a screen lock and avoid recording this data on shared devices.
