Practice Ashtanga at your level. Tell us where it hurts and how mobile you are, and every pose adjusts to three levels, with the why behind each one.
In one minute the app understands your body. After that, every practice comes ready for you.
Your level, where you feel pain and five quick mobility questions. Everything stays on your device.

One tap on "Hurts" switches to the supported version or skips ahead. Next time, the app remembers.

Muscles that stretch and work, joints, and what physiology supports, with no hype.
Ujjayi breath, bandhas, drishti and the meaning of each pose in the Mysore tradition.
Focus, calm and presence: what each pose tends to bring and how to breathe in it.
